The best thing to do first would be to get the UDAI for the domain so we can process the transfer for you. This can be obtained by contacting the current host of the domain name or you may have it on record. You can also email on domains@technick.co.nz if you are having difficulty getting it and we can help you obtain it. It should be fairly simple however. We can manage the domain and the DNS for you/them free of charge. The only fee associated with this would be the annual renewal fee of $31.44 (yes its cheaper than Xtra too!)

Do you have ftp access to the current website? If so we can also log in and download then re upload the site to Technick. You may wish to also just send us a copy which we can do through ftp.

Before we sign them up and charge them we would prefer to get this type of groundwork out of the way to ensure the transfer is smooth.
